Our mission is to find out what the world is thinking and to share that information with the world.
We’ve long believed that the task of finding out what people think should belong to the people themselves, and not to rich and powerful organizations.
So we built Urtak, a powerful tool for creating opinion information. Our unique features – allowing all particpants to ask questions, yes/no/don’t care answering, and no self-selection of questions, have proven themselves time and again.
That’s why it’s so satisfying to reach the milestone of 5000 Urtaks created. It means that what started with one single series of questions at a dinner table in New York is now spreading around the world. People are realizing that the power to find out what people think is in their hands.
At the beginning of 2010, there were just about 300 Urtaks. A year later, we’re three away from 5000.
What have we learned?
No one can stop you from asking questions.
Best wishes to all in 2011, may it be a happy, productive, and inquisitive year!
